Questions about plans and credits
How much does TwinWorks cost?
Free costs nothing. Starter is €49.99 a month and Business €149.99 a month, excluding VAT; Enterprise is priced for your program. Paid plans include 3,000 or 10,000 AI credits a month, and credit packs start at €10 for 1,000 credits.
What uses AI credits?
AI assistants, procedure drafts, steps from audio and video, manual search, documentation drafts, and reading code or design files. Translation doesn’t.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits don’t: they reset each billing period. Extra credits, from packs or the Free plan’s starting grant, never expire.
What happens if we run out?
AI features pause until you buy a pack or change plan. Editing, publishing and viewing keep working, and the app warns you when you drop under 10% of your monthly credits.
Can we buy without a sales call, and pay by invoice?
Yes. Starter, Business and credit packs are bought online: checkout takes your company name, address and VAT number, and every payment comes with an invoice. You can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
What happens when we upgrade or downgrade?
An upgrade tops your monthly credits up to the new plan’s allowance straight away. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing period.
